  • Title Search-We manage this process and look for critical information embedded within the CFR (certificate of title) so you have all the relevant knowledge you need.
  • Identify fundamental issues-Our experience allows us to see issues before they arise, which can save a great deal of money and time later in the project.
  • Detailed costing of entire project through to new titles- Ensuring you have all of the likely costs before starting the project will allow you to be prepared for most eventualities. A feasibility study carried out by Nicklin Surveying & Resource Management includes costs for: Council fees, our fees, development costs such as sewerage, driveway construction, power and other services.
