The subdivision process in detail

  1. Initial meeting with client
  2. Initial project feasibility
  3. Instruction to proceed
  4. Undertake topographic survey of site
  5. Obtain engineering report
  6. Consultation
  7. Neighbours consents
  8. Subdivision consent application  
  9. Planning Hearing (if required)
  10. Receive subdivision approval
  11. Carry out construction work
  12. Land transfer survey
  13. Final administration
  14. New titles issue
