We offer a land information service and can supply
- Certificates of titles (now called CFR for computer freehold registers)
- Documents (consent notices, easement documents etc)
- Survey plans
We have access to this land information via Landonline and Quickmap.
Landonline is Land Information NZ's on line land registry system and Quickmap is database of land information, updated monthly and held on our server. Quickmap allows plans showing legal descriptions, owners names, CFR reference to be quickly printed.

Now that Land Information NZ has shut most of its map sales counters in the major centres, land information can only be obtained through service providers like Nicklin Surveying. We have several Landonline licences and Quickmap installed on all workstations.
