Nicklin Surveying & Resource Management has entered into a strategic alliance with Dave Timms from DTLand Developments Ltd with the formation of Cambridge Environmental Ltd. The two Directors of Cambridge Environmental (CE Ltd for short) are Grant Nicklin and David Timms.
CE Ltd specialises in greenfields subdivision developments and the larger construction and Planning projects. With Dave Timms, Cambridge Environmental Ltd has special skills in the management and development of large subdivision projects from initial conception, through the Planning process, construction, land transfer surveys, completion certification through to issue of new CFR's (computer freehold registers or "certificates of titles").
Dave has special skill in engineering design for subdivisions after the design parameter being set by other professional engineering consultants.
