Waipa DC have notified that entranceway construction must be carried out by "approved contractors". Please ensure that your contractor is on the approved list
.- from kerb to property boundary
- any existing footpaths to be reconstructed as part of the entranceway
- be constructed with plain concrete - no colours, stamping or surface textures
- be inspected by Council staff when boxed and prior to concrete pour. It is you or your contractors responsibility to arrange for this inspection.
Waipa DC will allow urban vehicle crossings to be sealed in some circumstances where the street has no kerb and channel.
