Waipa DC subdivision rule changes - do it now!

The Waipa District Council could get a Court Order to enforce a particular new Rule. This is one of the circumstances in RMAA 2009.  Read this extract from Anderson Lloyd Lawyers “Rural Law Update” November 2009 (printed with permission):
