- Apply for subdivision consent – this is where all the real work in subdivision is carried out - make sure you use a professional who knows what they are doing. Submit a thorough and well researched application and cover the relevant District Plan Rules - it's that simple, but you need Nicklin Surveying & Resource Management to manage this process.
- Surveying – surveying is the technical part of the subdivision process but an important one - you must get it right first time. - Engineering or construction requirements - You can't cut corners here! Listen to your surveyor and do it right first time.
